We serve a 40 day dry aged Heritage Angus Beef Rib eye at the Bearfoot Bistro. We are a fine dining restaurant catering to an international high end clientele and the feedback on the beef has always been very positive. As a chef I appreciate the high level of marbling and quality of the meat, needless to say the taste and the texture. It is very important to me knowing where beef is from and how it is raised, and do appreciate the sustainable environmental approach. I strongly believe that what I would feed to my guests I would serve to my own family, so the importance of hormone and antibiotic free beef is second to none. I look forward to serving Heritage Angus Beef for years to come.
